Jimmy Brings, Australia’s first on‑demand drinks delivery service, needed to replace a legacy tech stack with a flexible, scalable system to run personalized loyalty, referral and coupon programs and create a unified web and native app experience. Integrated via Deity’s composable commerce layer alongside BigCommerce, Contentful, Algolia and Stripe, Talon.One enabled Jimmy Brings to deploy targeted, personalized campaigns quickly and reliably. As a result Talon.One helped reduce speed‑to‑market and campaign costs, support roughly 10 discount campaigns per week, and drive strong adoption — 300,000 coupons were used in the first four weeks — while increasing promotional flexibility and minimizing customer friction.
