KPMG Belgium, a Big Four professional services firm with 1,500+ employees and roughly 170 graduate and 150 experienced hires a year, faced a gap between contract signing and day one that left new hires disengaged and slowed integration. To address scaling HR needs and reduce the high replacement risk for graduates, KPMG selected Talmundo’s onboarding software to create early engagement and a structured pre-boarding experience.

Talmundo delivered an automated pre-boarding app that sends compliance documents, branded culture content, interactive office tours and push notifications, and supports milestones and feedback checkpoints through months 1, 3 and 6. The Talmundo solution has onboarded 850+ new hires, achieved an 81% app activation rate and average in-app scores of 4.45/5 for the hiring experience and 4.12 for the first week, helping new employees integrate faster and strengthening KPMG’s early retention and engagement efforts.
