Talmundo implemented a global onboarding toolkit delivered through the Onboarding App that combines compulsory content, a 90‑day onboarding plan, a buddy system and local activities, plus analytics for completion rates, milestone progress and buddy connections. The app enables evidence‑based interventions, reduces manual reporting, and makes updates live worldwide with “one push of a button”; administrators are up and running after short workshops. As a result Bacardi now delivers a consistent welcome, earlier engagement and clearer tracking of new‑hire progress (app rated 4.75/5), while using Talmundo’s data to continuously improve the experience.
