How Greetabl use Tallyfy to scale internal and ecommerce operations

Greetabl is a rapidly growing online one‑stop‑shop for creatively‑curated gifts that needed to streamline and scale both e‑commerce and internal operations. To replace ad‑hoc tools like email, Slack, Todoist, Google Docs and Asana, Greetabl adopted Tallyfy’s process management tool to design and run repeatable workflows such as new product launches, new hire onboarding, metrics reviews and monthly inventory audits.

By standardizing processes in Tallyfy, Greetabl gained clarity, surfaced bottlenecks, and improved collaboration between design and operations, enabling faster product rollouts—resulting in four new products launched since implementation. Tallyfy’s editable templates and repeatable runs improved communication of who‑does‑what and when, and Greetabl plans to expand Tallyfy to more processes as the team scales.
