Tandem is a transport-focused company on a mission to reduce inequality by turning local transport providers into work and education shuttles. As the team grew and shifted to a hybrid model after Covid, they needed a better way to manage workspace requirements across a distributed team. Tally Market’s Tally Workspace platform helped them find and book coworking space, desks, and private offices that could flex with their changing needs.

With Tally Market, Tandem moved from East London spaces to a more central venue, The Fulwood, and set up a private space there twice a week, with plans to continue for at least the next quarter. The vendor helped Tandem create a workspace package that suited both in-person and remote staff, while also supporting culture and collaboration through better meeting setups and quarterly all-hands meetups. The main result was a more flexible, centralized workspace strategy that scaled with the team and made hybrid working easier to manage.
