Bonduelle, the French fresh‑and‑processed vegetable group present in over 100 countries, faced fragmented data across marketing, PR, sales, HR and other teams. Social, web, internal and research data lived in silos and in many formats, leaving the company unable to use online conversations and signals to inform product, reputation and commercial decisions.
Bonduelle implemented a centralized data hub and social listening program (listen, analyze, combine, organize) to create shared dashboards, alerts and cross‑functional KPIs. The new setup exposed causes of mention spikes, guided targeted communications (including new brand accounts), improved crisis detection and campaign ROI measurement, and established governance (including a Chief Data Officer) to enable faster, company‑wide strategic decision making.
