Cnam (Caisse nationale de l’Assurance Maladie), through its CPAM Bas-Rhin branch, needed to improve internal communication across a highly decentralized organization of nearly 1,000 employees spread over 24 locations. Before adopting talkspirit, information flow was very top-down, centralized, and not very interactive between management, services, and departments.
talkspirit implemented its enterprise social network, including chat, groups, and post/comment features, to make communication more cross-functional and collaborative. The result was stronger information sharing, less reliance on email, easier remote collaboration, and better access to company news; more than 90% of employees use talkspirit daily, helping break down communication barriers and improve the flow of information.
