Talkpush implemented Coco plus API integrations to automate 99% of the front‑end funnel, send assessment links to pre‑qualified candidates, and keep candidate data synced in real time with Workday. The impact: a 500% year‑over‑year increase in candidates reaching the next step, a 16x jump in Facebook leads (from ~1,500 to 25,000/month), completion rates rising from 35% to 65%, assessments equivalent to nine recruiters over four months, and 12 recruiters reallocated to higher‑value tasks.
