Talkpush implemented a Facebook sourcing strategy with a 24/7 chatbot (Juan) for Messenger-based applications, automated pre-screening and sorting workflows, and an integration with the Emmersion language assessment. As a result, AFNI doubled its weekly hires, achieved a 25% increase in quarterly hires without adding recruiters, saw 74% of candidates finish applications in under 10 minutes (up from 2%), increased average process rate by 36%, and reduced candidate ghosting by 37% thanks to Talkpush.
