Frontline Dynamics, a startup modernizing air freight logistics, needed a way to connect air carriers, freight forwarders, and truckers on a single platform. Their challenge was replacing phone calls, emails, and fax with a secure, customizable messaging experience that could support 1-on-1 private chat, file sharing, and long-term retention of conversation history and documents.
