How Coosto provided more value to customers by building a chat feature

Coosto is a social media management platform that wanted to add a live chat feature so its customers could manage all online conversations in one place and communicate directly with website visitors. To do that, Coosto looked for a way to embed chat into its SaaS product without building everything from scratch, and chose TalkJS Chat API and SDK to support the new feature.

Using TalkJS, Coosto integrated a customizable, plug-and-play chat widget with a small code snippet, while the pre-built UI reduced front-end development work and made implementation fast and flexible. As a result, Coosto could offer live chat as a new add-on revenue stream, increase product engagement, and give customers a simple way to deploy branded chat on their websites, with support for installation via website code or Google Tag Manager.
