The Texas Society of Architects (TxA) faced the challenge of transitioning its annual in-person conference to a virtual format due to the constraints of 2020. They turned to their partner, Shepard Exposition Services, who engaged vendor TalkingTree Creative to design and produce the virtual event using the EngageZ platform.

TalkingTree Creative produced a comprehensive virtual experience featuring over 50 live and simulive sessions, a 3D immersive lobby, and a virtual tradeshow. They provided extensive training for both presenters and exhibitors. The solution was highly successful, with TalkingTree receiving a record number of positive feedback notes stating the process was easier than expected thanks to their knowledgeable and attentive team.
