By optimizing email for desktop and SMS for mobile, Talkable helped increase advocacy and conversions, driving 22% of new PRO signups through referrals, a 17% PRO advocacy rate, and 7% higher lifetime value for referred customers, alongside lift in website visits and purchases from mobile sharing.
