The retailer wanted a high-performing way to encourage advocates to share offers and bring in new customers for its modern furniture and home decor business.

Talkable supported CB2 with a limited-time referral campaign launched once a year for 10 days, featuring a boosted reward of $50 for advocates and 15% off for friends, promoted through the website header and targeted email blasts. Compared with the regular offer, the campaign generated a 19% increase in offer impressions, a 20% increase in people sharing the offer, an 18% increase in shares, and a 31% increase in total referral revenue in January.
