The Naos Group — owner of Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur — needed to unify three independently run brands and build a shared HR culture across 26 countries and 1,400 employees. After appointing a Group HR Director in 2011 and consulting managers worldwide, the company identified common needs in career management, recruitment and training and set out to create a single HRIS and competency framework.
Naos implemented Talentsoft’s talent management suite (Performance & Skills, Recruitment and Training), rolling out a common job and competencies library in 18 languages. The intuitive platform, supported by targeted change management, led to uniform appraisals, strong user adoption, empowered managers to handle recruitment and talent reviews, and paved the way for global internal mobility and multilingual e‑learning — helping Naos identify high-potential employees and strengthen group cohesion.
