Parexlanko optimizes HR management thanks to TalentSoft

Parexlanko, the French subsidiary of Parexgroup (Materis), is a specialist in ready-to-use industrial mortars with 630 employees across eight sites. In 2009 the HR team set out to modernize its long-standing annual appraisal and mid-year review process by dematerializing paper forms while preserving the quality of face-to-face interviews, ensuring full coverage and improving succession and talent visibility.

In four months Parexlanko implemented the TalentSoft SaaS platform, trained 130 managers and launched the electronic review campaign in January 2009, achieving a 70% return rate. The solution centralized multi-year records, enabled real-time campaign tracking, employee self-input and 180° feedback, reduced paper use, simplified HR analysis and handovers, and created a foundation for future competency profiling and workforce planning.
