TalentSoft, a European leader in SaaS Talent Management, partnered with Bull to address two challenges: secure, compliant cloud hosting for French public‑sector and enterprise customers, and Bull’s need for a unified international HR information system to attract, develop and retain talent across its 50+ country footprint. TalentSoft already served millions of users but required a hosting partner that met stringent French security and availability standards.

The solution was a strategic alliance with Bull’s hosting subsidiary Agarik, which now hosts TalentSoft on its CloudArchitek PaaS (including dedicated France‑hosted services and mixed public/private cloud options), while TalentSoft implemented an integrated HR suite and employee portal for Bull. The result is a secure, compliant cloud offering (EuroCloud France Best Cloud Offering 2012), a harmonised international HR database and improved talent management, enabling better recruitment, development and retention across Bull’s global operations.
