Awex Chooses Talentsoft To Computerize Its Hr Procedures

AWEX, the Walloon Region’s export and foreign investment agency (420 employees, 108 positions abroad), faced fragmented, manual HR processes that caused errors, omissions and wasted time. To motivate staff and meet ISO 9001 requirements, AWEX launched a Europe-wide tender to centralize employee data and cover eight core HR processes including recruiting, training, evaluation, mobility and reporting.

AWEX selected Talentsoft’s cloud SaaS suite to digitalize HR, deploying modules for appraisal, training, recruiting, mobility, planning and central HR management (starting with appraisal and training integrated with payroll). The implementation standardized HR data, improved efficiency and compliance, increased HR team satisfaction, and set the stage for phased rollouts such as partial access for expatriate employees.
