Avaloq, a Swiss banking software provider with more than 2,000 employees, needed a better way to recruit highly sought-after IT talent in a competitive market where candidates are rarely actively looking. To improve referrals and employer branding, the company turned to Talentry and its digital employee referral and advocacy platform, including Talentry Jobs and Talentry Stories.

Talentry helped Avaloq launch its referral program across multiple countries in just three and a half months, integrating with its ATS and enabling employees to share jobs and branded content through local social channels. The results were strong: referrals tripled per quarter, shared jobs were clicked at least five times each, and Avaloq received 1,435 applications in the first four months, with around 50% more applications worldwide and eight hires in eight weeks.
