State of Arkansas Health Department executes $3M COVID-19 response with TalenTrust

The State of Arkansas Health Department faced the challenge of rapidly scaling a critical frontline workforce to support its COVID-19 response. To meet this need, they partnered with TalenTrust for contract workforce solutions.

TalenTrust successfully executed a $3 million project by supplying and managing a team of over 80 contractors on an ongoing basis for 45 weeks. The solution included recruiting for data entry, call center, health program specialist, and leadership positions, in addition to providing administrative support for billing and budget management. TalenTrust achieved all service level agreement expectations and employed over 180 people throughout the project's duration.
