Decathlon, the sportswear and equipment retailer, needed a way to support hiring across Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia with a small HR team while giving local store leaders more autonomy in recruitment. They turned to TalentLyft’s recruitment platform to help manage a high volume of hiring, coordinate collaboration across regions, and support internal mobility and open applications.

With TalentLyft, Decathlon created separate career sites for each country, set up open application forms, and enabled multiple hiring managers to work in the system with assigned roles and feedback. TalentLyft helped streamline collaboration across offices, save time and resources in hiring, and strengthen internal talent development, with about two thirds of the marketing team having originally come from store roles.
