The Burnie Group is a Canadian management consulting firm specializing in strategy, operations, RPA, AI, blockchain and workforce management. Because their client implementations and frequent onboarding cycles require repeated, organization-wide software training every 3–4 months, they relied on a vendor’s built-in training tool that proved fragile: constant disruptive updates, heavy manual administration, frequent client tickets and limited admin control made training error-prone and unsustainable as they scaled.
After evaluating four platforms, The Burnie Group selected TalentLMS. Over three training cycles it delivered better client feedback, richer functionality and updates that improved — rather than hindered — workflows.
