Visma, a Norway-based group serving 800,000 customers with software and IT services and employing over 7,000 people, needed a single learning solution that could meet diverse training needs across many semi-autonomous business units and operate in multiple countries and languages. The challenge was finding an LMS that was simple and intuitive for course creators and learners, flexible enough to create isolated training hubs per unit, and able to share content easily across the organization.
