Finacle, the digital banking solution suite from EdgeVerve (an Infosys subsidiary), serves banks in over 100 countries and more than a billion customers. Faced with the challenge of upskilling time-poor banking professionals, Finacle needed a flexible, self-paced training approach to close skill gaps without disrupting daily work.

Finacle launched “Finacle Micro Learning” on TalentLMS, delivering over 90 short, searchable videos and using features like Progress, Discussions and Calendar plus pause/resume functionality to enable just-in-time, self-guided learning. The platform quickly generated strong positive feedback and client interest in broader plans, helping teams strengthen technical and troubleshooting skills while providing an alternative support channel.
