How fashion company, TechStyleOS trains an award-winning global support team

TechStyleOS, a global fashion operations and services company supporting membership-based brands across 12 countries and seven languages, needed a way to keep its customer service agents aligned on brand updates, policies, and customer care standards. Its challenge was training a distributed workforce efficiently for onboarding, upskilling, and cross-skilling while maintaining high engagement and consistent knowledge across regions.
