Conway Corp is a city-owned utility and telecommunications provider in Conway, Arkansas, offering electric, water, wastewater, security, voice, internet and video services. With roughly 260 employees in diverse roles, the company faced inconsistent, largely offline customer service training—materials were scattered, monthly one‑hour workshops weren’t enough, and staff often gave different information to customers.
Customer Experience Coordinator Kyndall Brown implemented TalentLMS to create a centralized, easy-to-use blended learning environment with an on-demand eLearning library and mobile app access. Adoption grew from an initial 30–40 users to company-wide use, active users rose more than sixfold in early 2020 and course completions nearly tenfold; the program reduced errors, standardized customer experiences, and expanded training into technical, safety, cybersecurity and HR topics.
