SmartyGrants creates synergy between product and training with TalentLMS

SmartyGrants, one of Australia’s most-used grants administration systems, needed a way to deliver customer and employee training that could keep pace with its growing product, busy users, and expanding international reach. It turned to TalentLMS to provide relevant, scalable training that would better align with the SmartyGrants product experience.

Using TalentLMS, SmartyGrants built a seamless self-guided learning program for customers and staff, with features like branches, custom portals, SSO, and gamification. The result was a tenfold increase in training engagement, with more than 2,000 registered users, 17,000 assigned courses, and nearly 9,000 completed courses. TalentLMS also gave SmartyGrants real-time insight into learner participation, engagement, and training time, helping the team improve the program.
