Intertrust, a global provider of trust and corporate management services with around 1,500 specialists across 33 offices in 24 countries, faced a major HR challenge after divesting from its parent company: it lost access to its previous HR system and needed to migrate data for over 700 staff in 23 countries within a three‑month window, while also finding a cloud‑based, flexible solution that supported self‑service, payroll integration and multi‑currency/multi‑language needs.

Intertrust selected Talentia HCM for its rich functionality and intuitive interface and completed a three‑month data migration with Talentia’s consultants to create a single source of truth for headcount, salaries and reporting lines. A phased rollout and training (pilots, webinars, manuals and local champions) brought 15 of 23 countries live with self‑service, giving managers global oversight, simplifying HR processes, delivering positive user feedback and laying the groundwork for standardized performance management.
