Epson, a market leader in digital imaging, needed to replace nine disparate HR systems and multiple spreadsheets across its Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) region with a single solution that would deliver consistent data, reporting and alerts to both local and central HR teams. The company also wanted a user-friendly, self-service system to streamline appraisals and give managers instant access to performance and employee information.

Talentia Software implemented a configurable, multi‑language HR platform used by 1,800 staff across 26 countries, consolidating data and routing workflows to the appropriate local HR teams while freeing the central team to focus on strategy. The result was simplified, integrated HR processes, faster access to key information, employee preference for the online system over paper appraisals, and the addition of Talentia’s performance management tools to support talent identification and succession planning.
