The Danieli Group is a global leader in steelmaking equipment with around 50 legal entities and 8,000 employees across Europe, the USA and Asia. As a listed company required to prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements, Danieli needed a reliable way to control and reconcile intercompany transactions and gain a complete, timely view of subsidiary performance before consolidation.

Danieli implemented Talentia CPM’s web-based Intercompany module, a collaborative portal with workflow that was deployed quickly and required no local installation.
