Ogury, the creator of a marketing engine driven by user choice, had grown to 400+ employees across 14 countries but lacked any internal recruitment processes and was fully reliant on external agencies while needing to fill around 100 global roles. Talentful was engaged to build an in-house talent function—providing a Client Lead and Talent Partners, coaching hiring managers, and supporting ATS onboarding—to replace agency hiring and create a strategic, scalable recruitment approach.

Talentful audited Ogury’s hiring, implemented kick-off documents, interview plans and training, added Talent Partners to scale hiring, and delivered market mapping, Glassdoor overhaul and a talent reporting dashboard. As a result (mid-project) Talentful launched a new ATS, standardised reporting, made hires across commercial, tech and exec roles, delivered interview training, achieved an NPS of 9/10, reduced time-to-fill by 50% in six months and placed roles totalling £1,972,257 in salaries.
