TM Forum is a global non‑profit industry association that helps communications service providers and their suppliers digitally transform; it represents over 850 member companies. The organization struggled with a brittle, resource‑intensive data environment built on Azure SQL and custom SQL jobs feeding BI tools, which made new analytics slow to deliver (often 2–3 months) and monthly processes lengthy (up to 12–13 hours), undermining agility and trust in the data.

To fix this, TM Forum moved to Datalytyx’s Palladium PaaS using Snowflake as the cloud data store and Talend Cloud Data Integration for fast, connector‑based ETL. The new platform automated and scaled data processing, cutting key jobs from about 12 hours to 20 minutes, improved data accuracy, reduced costs and maintenance, and freed the team to focus on visualization and faster, higher‑value insights.
