Reliance on Excel and SQL Server required extensive manual ETL and coding, produced only monthly reports, and consumed significant staff time to consolidate data from third parties and core systems.
By adopting Talend Data Integration (with partner Infosys), Qudos automated 10 manual processes, saved roughly 10 hours of IT work per week, and moved from monthly to complete daily transaction visibility. Phase one also delivered a new mobile app, single sign‑on, and upgraded finance and collections systems in six months; ongoing migration to a new core banking system and data warehouse is set to further improve customer experience, reduce costs, and enable real‑time analytics.
