To keep operations and guest services perfectly aligned, the company needed to better manage and share large volumes of partner information across travel agencies, tour operators, port operations, excursions and transfers so the right information would be available when and where it’s needed.

Working with Keyrus, PONANT implemented Talend Cloud API Services to streamline and accelerate data exchange between its B2B partners. The APIs provide near‑real‑time sharing of operational and booking information across the ecosystem, enabling the team to handle more information, improve responsiveness and enhance the customer experience.
