CenterLight Healthcare, founded in 1985, is a New York–based managed care organization that operates as both payer and provider for thousands of elderly, chronically ill, and disabled members across NYC and surrounding counties. Facing growing volumes of disparate data and an aging homegrown system (eChamp), the company needed a modern integration approach to make member and provider data manageable, accessible, and high quality.

Using Talend Data Integration implemented via Agile sprints, CenterLight built member and provider hubs that consolidated feeds from eChamp, Salesforce, and claims systems, normalized formats, and enriched records with third‑party sources (Enclarity, Melissa Data). The result was cleaner, deduplicated data, a holistic view of members and providers, improved provider retention and patient assessment planning, and the ability to apply predictive analytics — with plans to extend to master data management and governance.
