MIT deployed Talend Data Integration and, within six months, replaced brittle connections with APIs and a centralized integration platform, automating data collection and turning a multi-day billing process into an automatic workflow that freed staff for higher-value work. The Talend platform now supports plans for an AWS-hosted data warehouse, Salesforce integration, and improved analytics to deliver faster change and better operational insight.
