Louvre Hotels Improves the Proficiency of its Analyses Using Talend Data Integration

Louvre Hotels, one of Europe’s largest hotel groups, faced challenges turning rapid growth into reliable operational insight. Their expanding data warehouse relied on more than 100 bespoke SQL scripts, which created redundancy, lacked scheduling and automation, and produced inconsistent, untimely data that hindered yield management, pricing and customer experience decisions.

After prototyping with Talend Open Studio and moving to Talend Data Integration with partner Manapps, Louvre consolidated those scripts into Talend jobs and leveraged prebuilt connectors covering about 95% of loading needs. The solution automated daily hotel "closing" detection and scheduled loads, removed bottlenecks, improved data reliability and performance, and established a foundation for MDM, freeing staff to focus on metadata, archiving and other BI projects.
