Groupe Adeo Industrializes its Data Integration Operations with Talend Data Integration to Increase Reliability

Groupe Adeo, the French home-improvement retail group behind brands like Leroy Merlin, was facing rapid expansion and the challenge of unifying independent business units to produce consolidated financial statements. Its aging EAI system was no longer supported, support costs and staffing difficulty were rising, and the volume and complexity of integration flows were growing—driving ADEO Services to seek a scalable, cost-effective open-source solution.

After a successful prototype, ADEO Services deployed Talend Data Integration to replace the legacy EAI, migrating 70 integration flows and processing about 40,000 multi-level files per month. The solution automated batch processing with built‑in quality checks and transformations, sped up development and deployment, improved reliability (aided by a move to RHEL), and delivered significant productivity gains and a lower total cost of ownership.
