Mister Auto is a Lyon-based online auto parts retailer (founded 2008, part of PSA) selling 400,000 products from 600 suppliers to about 4 million customers, processing 5,000–10,000 orders per day with delivery under 48 hours. Faced with rapidly growing volumes of operational, sales and logistics data—and limitations of MySQL/Excel reporting—the company needed a real-time, reliable analytics platform to control data quality and support shipping cost control, inventory planning and customer analysis.

Mister Auto implemented Talend Data Integration (enterprise) with partner Keyrus and consolidated data on Amazon Redshift, pulling together ERP, logistics and other sources into a central analytics hub. The platform now powers every department, enabling stabilized shipping prices, faster restocking and better stock placement across five distribution centers, real-time order tracking, improved supplier and pricing decisions, targeted marketing and loyalty programs, and ongoing development of customer data marts.
