With disparate ERPs, growing IoT/product-activation data and multiple analytics sources, the company struggled to understand who was using its products, where and why—hindering marketing, product development and supply-chain planning.
By deploying Talend Data Management to pull Oracle, SAP, AWS, Google Analytics and other sources into an IBM DB2 data warehouse, Sound United built a ~500GB repository ingesting roughly 500K records per day. The integrated data enabled faster insights and targeted marketing, improved product-performance visibility, better demand planning and supply-chain decisions, and set the stage for advanced customer-experience analytics.
