Case Study: Babilou Family boosts daycare enrollments 60% and streamlines enrollment processes with Talend Data Fabric

APIs enable connections between families, daycare centers, and employees

Babilou Family Group, the world’s fifth-largest corporate daycare network and France’s market leader with over 2,100 facilities and 10,000 employees, needed to modernize and connect a fragmented ecosystem of parents, centers, partners, and HR systems. With multiple legacy applications, a complex enrollment process (seven signatures, repeated data entry) and strong local competition for daycare spots and staff, the group sought a way to simplify operations, improve parent experience, and scale recruitment and partner onboarding.

Using Talend Data Fabric to deploy APIs and web services integrated with Salesforce and Microsoft Azure, Babilou built a parent portal, digital enrollment forms, mobile services and a plug-and-play partner connection model. Results included a 60% increase in enrollment applications, a reduction of the enrollment process from ~100 pages and seven signatures to a single form and one signature, elimination of repeated data entry, about 6,000 monthly job applications, faster partner integration, and more time for staff to focus on child education.
