CDW, a Fortune 500 multi-brand technology solutions provider with more than 8,700 employees and ~$15B in annual sales, faced intense competition for talent and high-volume hiring needs—especially for entry-level Account Representatives. The company needed a modern, mobile-first recruitment platform that integrated with its Oracle Taleo ATS, improved tracking and analytics, built deeper talent pipelines, and delivered a better candidate experience to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.

CDW implemented Talemetry’s Career Site, Apply Workflow, Source & CRM, and Job Broadcast in a 16-week rollout, launching a personalized, mobile-responsive career site, talent networks, and direct Taleo integration. The overhaul produced strong results: an 83.1% application completion rate (vs. a typical 20–30% industry average), nearly six minutes average time on site (about double typical), and a 72% email open rate, while enabling end-to-end tracking and improved candidate engagement.
