Gwinnett Medical Center is a 553‑bed, not‑for‑profit healthcare network with 5,300 employees and 800 affiliated physicians that ranks in the top 5% nationally for clinical quality. Despite its strong reputation, Gwinnett struggled to fill specialized roles—critical care nurses, imaging technicians and neonatal RNs—and needed a more proactive recruitment marketing strategy and streamlined pre‑applicant experience to compete for hard‑to‑find talent.

Gwinnett implemented the Talemetry Enterprise Recruitment Marketing Platform—launching modern career sites, targeted landing pages, talent networks, Source & CRM, and automated job broadcasting—to centralize sourcing, improve event-driven outreach and simplify recruiter workflows. As a result, views per job rose from about 17 to 100+, the organization gained more than 15,000 applicants per quarter, 63% of applications now originate from its career site, and external advertising spend has been significantly reduced.
