Mercedes-Benz Vans, part of Mercedes-Benz, wanted to launch the new X-Class premium pickup to the right audience and position it as both desirable and capable. The challenge was to generate awareness, inspire interest, and drive consideration and conversion among driven business owners while staying true to the brand’s premium identity. Takumi supported the campaign using influencer recruitment and collaboration.

Takumi identified and activated a diverse group of influencers across the UK, including surfers, farmers, photographers, musicians, and artists, and worked closely with them on authentic 48-hour test-drive content. The campaign produced stunning images and videos across varied real-world use cases, with influencers creating twice the expected amount of content. Videos delivered very high view rates and strong engagement, and Mercedes-Benz Vans also received full digital license rights to reuse the content on its own social channels.
