The solution enabled employees to collect timely input from peers, which fostered a greater sense of ownership and psychological safety. Key results from the pilot with 250 users included a significant increase in weekly feedback frequency, with 77 timely feedback points given. Employees reported a cultural shift towards more open communication and a clearer picture of their development, paving the way for Zepz to scale the program across the organization.
