Minimus, the world leader in all things small, wanted to quickly grow its Pinterest presence and engagement. To do that, the company partnered with Tailwind, using PinLeague’s PinMail socially targeted email marketing tool to help drive more followers, repins, and pins from its site.
Tailwind implemented a five-email campaign between November 18 and December 20 that promoted pinning, featured boards, and specific products. The results were strong: average monthly Pinterest followers increased by 304% (from 687 to 1,010), repins rose by 115% (from 345 to 443), and pins from the site grew by 68% (from 711 to 742), contributing to measurable direct sales and clear ROI for Minimus.
