Pure Infusion Suites Maximized Assistance to Drive Efficiency, Reach More Patients, and Decrease A/R

Pure Infusion Suites, a network of 43 infusion locations across 15 states, wanted to improve patient support while reducing healthcare costs and mounting accounts receivable. Although its Patient Access Coordinators were enrolling commercially insured patients in copay assistance, the team was missing opportunities to help Medicare beneficiaries and other patients with government-sponsored insurance access foundation funding. TailorMed helped address this challenge with its platform and tech-enabled support service, TailorMed Complete.

Pure Infusion Suites implemented the TailorMed platform to centralize and streamline financial assistance workflows across locations, while TailorMed Complete helped enroll Medicare patients in foundation funding and manage related claims. The result was more efficient operations, broader patient access to assistance, and reduced A/R thanks to secured foundation funding. Pure Infusion Suites also reported greater workflow speed, less staff burnout, and improved visibility into program success.
