Tessares Preparing for Tomorrow with Tail-f

Tessares, a provider of next-generation Internet Access Bonding, needed stronger management and configuration capabilities for its software-only Hybrid Access Gateway while keeping its small team focused on core product development and rapid time-to-market. To meet these needs, Tessares turned to Tail-f and its ConfD product to add the northbound interfaces and operational tooling required for carrier-grade network integration.

Tail-f’s ConfD was integrated into Tessares’ Hybrid Access Gateway to support NETCONF, YANG, and SNMP, giving the company a smoother path to customer deployment and easier integration into mobile operator networks. The result was a simpler, more scalable management approach that let Tessares focus on its core software, improve user experience, and prepare for future expansion into high availability and additional programmable interfaces.
