Beds and Bars, a hospitality and leisure business with 11 sites in the UK and 9 in Europe, needed a better way to combine data from multiple systems and currencies into a single, holistic view of performance. Tahola helped address this complex challenge, using Qlik Sense to support group-wide operational analysis and improve understanding of customers at home and abroad.

Tahola implemented a solution that merged data from CMS Hospitality, Design My Night, $4Labour, and Zonal Epos into a single source of truth, with overnight updates and automatic morning report distribution to senior managers. As a result, Beds and Bars now has daily access to up-to-date business data in one place, can switch currencies with one button, and has saved many hours each week on report building while gaining better insight to support marketing initiatives.
