National Optical Care (NOC), an ambitious eye-care provider in Australia and New Zealand, sought to build a sophisticated marketing automation foundation from its start-up phase. They aimed to avoid basic, limited tools and instead partner with a trusted technology provider, Taguchi, to implement its Marketing Automation platform. This would allow them to efficiently manage customer communications and support their rapid growth with a scalable solution.

Taguchi implemented its marketing automation platform, providing NOC with efficient integration, a rich data feed for internal dashboards, and the ability to create unlimited templates for brand consistency. The solution included nearly a dozen automated campaign journeys, significantly reducing email build time and enabling swift rollout for new practices. With the support of Taguchi's local team, NOC attributed part of its successful expansion to 45 practices to these new capabilities, gaining comprehensive insights and saving valuable time.
